 As RSA’s founder and visionary, Randall Scott is responsible for the firm’s overall direction and growth and is the Lead Designer and Principal-in-Charge of all RSA projects. He is widely regarded as an expert in Higher Education and Municipal Architecture and regularly speaks on trends in these markets at various industry conferences and events.
